JOB DESCRIPTION

You will join a team of special elite forces designed to take ALT, BDSM and Bondage.com, their associated customers, revenue, traffic and turn them around.? The Alternative Lifestyles team of Various Inc. is looking for a Visual Designer in San Francisco.??You?ll be working directly with the product, ux & marketing managers to design the look & feel of a brand ?spanking? new dating product. From logo to brand to hexadecimals you?ll lead us to the holy land of beautiful UI. In addition to this you?ll help us identify new products, features or experiences that satisfy user needs, business objectives and technology opportunities. To do this you?ll be doing the following: Utilize sketches, wireframes, or mockups to design and prototype concepts and ideas Employ rapid testing, paper prototypes, or interactive mockups to continually improve the usability of our products Drive visual and graphic design for dating products (desktop client, mobile apps) Create a consistent brand look/feel, one that pleases our users Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team (with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and User Experience) to present ideas and designs effectively Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find Advocate for the End User

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field preferred Must love paper and pencil for getting ideas down quickly Minimum 4 years of experience designing web-based products for a consumer-oriented website or mobile product Fluent in Adobe, Illustrator and other Creative Suite Tools and solid knowledge of HTML/CSS We prize autonomy over micromanagement. You should be a self-starter someone -? who is comfortable with managing and prioritizing your projects and responsibilities. Experience working with teams on large scale, long-term projects Passion for solving problems and communicating solutions Strong oral and written communication skills Interested in innovative experiences and new media Must be comfortable with adult material ? please view our websites before applying (www.ffn.com/our.sites) Must be at least 21 years of age or older
