Capello talks to FA after opposing Terry decision

LONDON (AP) -England coach Fabio Capello has arrived at Wembley Stadium to meet Football Association executives for the first time since publicly challenging their decision to strip John Terry of the captaincy.

FA chairman David Bernstein stripped Terry last week, prompting the coach to go on Italian television to say he "absolutely" did not agree with the decision.

The decision was taken to prevent Terry from leading England at the European Championship in June while awaiting a criminal trial on a racism charge the following month.

Capello has said "I thought it fair that John Terry keeps the captain's armband."
