Windows Azure project template does not show up in Visual Studio

Hi There,

As in title, the azure project template does not show up in Visual studio. I found the project templates folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\CSharp\Cloud\1033\. First, the zip file is not extracted. So I?extracted it manually, and tried to open the emptyproject.csproj. I got the following message:

The expression "[Microsoft.Build.Utilities.ToolLocationHelper]::GetPathToStarndardLibraries(.NetFramework, v$targetframeworkversion$,",")" cannot be evaluated. Version string portion was too short or too long. C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v4.0.30319\Microsoft.common.targests

Can somebody help?

Thanks.

Jennifer
