We are looking for an individual who is excited about the opportunity to lead the way in setting a new standard for online ESL education and can consistently exceed the standards and expectations that are set for him or her and outlined in our company philosophy. Most importantly, we are seeking an individual who is eager to be a part of a family of teachers whose passion is their students' success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. This full-time position will begin with a two week training period. Once the training period is complete, you'll transition from the training rate to an hourly rate of 18.50. You'll also have the option of enrolling in our 401k program.

Be a self-starter. This position will be 80-100% telecommuting. Responsibility, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic are essential to thrive. You will be given big-picture goals that will be planned out and implemented with the CEO?s feedback and support.

Have strong communication skills. We receive approximately 50-100 emails from students per day. It will be important that you feel comfortable providing our students with thorough and thoughtful responses to help them in their doubt, confusion, and stress.

Have a desire to improve methodology, curriculum, and student-teacher interaction.

Embrace technology. We are a 100% online company, so the ideal hire must also be excited about working with new technologies, software, programs, and html code.

Performance Objectives:
?
1) Create a revolutionary online learning program for professional adults that's like no other. This position is the best fit for someone who can embrace that vision and run with it. This will involve immersing yourself in current adult learning research, experimenting with teaching methods, testing your ideas in the ?classroom,? and turning that into concrete changes in our curriculum and multimedia ESL eBook.
2) Your first task will be to get up to speed on our methods of ESL eBook instruction, responding to student emails and calls, reviewing student work, holding one-on-one tutoring sessions online, and hosting online classes for large numbers of students. You will be trained for a two week period and then immediately take on the role as the head of the department by enhancing that training material.
3) Triple the number of our ESL students and help hire the necessary support staff as the growth demands. Once you come on board, one of your first tasks will be to create a timeline for this goal of growth. You?ll work closely with the CEO to create a plan to grow our ESL program.
4) Student support. You?ll monitor students' progress and answer students? ESL study and program questions through email, phone calls, our forum, our social media platforms, and more.
