Remember that Time Arkane Made a Half-Life Game?

Half-Life is a big deal. In fact, just saying the words ?Half? and ?Life? anywhere near a gamer is enough to give him or her an instant hidden boner (or ladyboner). And while we all sit here patiently awaiting news on Half-Life 3, which will or won?t come out within the next hundred years, there?s not much to do besides talk rumors and think about what might have been.

For instance, did you know that Arkane Studios (of Dishonored fame) was at one time working on a new Half-Life title? The game, known as Half-Life 2: Episode Four (or Return to Ravenholm), was in progress between 2006 and 2007, but ended up being scrapped long before release.
